Prior to moving to your new residence, it is important to make sure that the various public services have been transferred in your name.

To set up your accounts, you should contact the public service providers directly (see below for address, contact telephone the list of providers). You will need to have basic information such as your name, residence number, among others. data. For most public service providers a deposit will be required (based on the credit) and usually an initial service fee will be charged on the first month’s bill. Be sure to ask the provider for the costs associated with each public service. Services can take up to 48 hours to be started, so keep this time in mind when setting up your accounts.

Each community can offer different public services as part of owner association fees, for example water or garbage. This also varies according to the company. The following is a general list of public service providers for each of our communities.

Cable, Internet and telephone service

Unless otherwise indicated, Bright House Networks is the leading cable service provider in the Orlando metropolitan area. If you want to select one of the other service providers, you will have to contact them for availability in your area.
